Keynote speaker är Frank Ingenrieth, LL.M., Manager Legal Affairs at SCOPE Europe. SCOPE Europe was founded in February 2017 as a subsidiary of the German non-profit-organization SRIW e.V. (Selbstregulierung Informationswirtschaft – Self-Regulation Information Economy). It acts as a think tank to discuss and debate key issues in digital policy and provides an umbrella organization for a range of co-regulatory measures in the digital industry. Frank has in-depth knowledge within IT and Media Law with Data Protection Law as field of expertise. He will talk about the EU Cloud Code of Conduct and how it can potentially serve as a faster, more straightforward, and robust option for businesses to ensure GDPR compliance.
